Q:  How are you different from many other agencies?
A:  We don’t expect quick fixes. We push harder and go deeper to achieve sustainable life change in the 17 families we serve.  We meet with them weekly teaching them new ways to deal with hard issues.

Q:  How do you know your approach is working?
A:  We document progress, measure it against goals we’ve set with each family. Some of our families would be glad to share their experience with you. Just give us a call.

Q:  Why limit your efforts to 15 families?
A:  We want to make a sustainable difference in the lives of a few rather than spread our resources thinly over a larger number. By helping families one at a time, we are creating ambassadors who can help change other lives in the community.

Q:  How do you involve local churches?
A:  Spiritual growth is a cornerstone of each plan. We find churches to counsel and guide each family. If they already attend, we consult with their pastor.

Q:  Do you work with other service agencies?
A:  Yes, their number is growing steadily. We will happy to give you the list.  We regularly connect families to those who can help meet specific needs: marriage counselors, financial advisors, Christian support groups and even professional counseling when needed.
